1. 서비스와 동의

• MailPip은 Gmail에서 보낸 메일의 수신자별 열람 신호를 보여 주는 Chrome 확장과 웹 서비스입니다. 사용자가 Gmail에서 보내기를 누르면 MailPip이 사용자의 Google 권한으로 Gmail SMTP를 통해 사용자를 대신해 메일을 보내고, 수신자별 추적 이미지의 요청을 기록합니다.
• 웹 앱에서 "Google로 계속"을 누르면 이 약관과 개인정보 처리방침에 동의한 것으로 보며, 동의한 약관 버전과 시각을 기록합니다.
• MailPip은 Google이 제공하거나 보증하는 서비스가 아닙니다. Gmail과 Google은 Google LLC의 상표입니다.

2. 계정과 Google 연결

• MailPip 계정은 Google 계정으로 로그인하면 만들어집니다. 사용자는 본인이 소유하거나 사용할 권한이 있는 Gmail 계정만 연결해야 합니다.
• 사용자는 자신의 Google 계정과 브라우저의 보안을 관리할 책임이 있습니다. 무단 사용을 알게 되면 바로 Google 계정에서 MailPip의 접근 권한을 삭제하고 MailPip 계정을 삭제해 주십시오.
• MailPip이 Google 계정에 대해 요청하는 권한과 그 이유는 개인정보 처리방침 3절에 있습니다. 사용자는 언제든 Google 계정 설정에서 권한을 철회할 수 있으며, 철회하면 발송 기능은 다시 연결하기 전까지 쓸 수 없습니다.

3. 사용자의 책임과 금지 행위

사용자는 MailPip으로 보내는 모든 메일의 내용과 수신자 선정에 책임이 있습니다. 다음 행위는 금지됩니다.

• 수신자의 동의가 필요한 곳에서 동의 없이 보내는 스팸, 원치 않는 대량 발송.
• 사기, 피싱, 악성 코드 전달, 불법 정보 유통, 타인의 권리를 침해하는 메일 발송.
• 타인의 Google 계정이나 MailPip 계정을 무단으로 쓰는 행위.
• Google의 약관과 정책, Gmail 발송 한도, Chrome 웹 스토어 정책을 어기는 행위.
• 서비스에 과도한 부하를 주거나 보안 장치를 우회하거나 서비스를 방해하는 행위.

4. 열람 신호의 성격과 한계

5. 서비스의 변경과 중단

• 서비스는 기능 개선, 보안, 법령 준수, 외부 서비스(Google, Chrome) 정책 변경을 이유로 바뀌거나 일시 또는 영구히 중단될 수 있습니다. 중요한 변경은 웹 앱이나 이 사이트에서 미리 알립니다.

6. 권리와 콘텐츠

7. 면책과 책임 제한

8. 해지와 종료

1. The service and your agreement

• MailPip is a Chrome extension and web service that shows per-recipient open signals for emails you send from Gmail. When you click Send in Gmail, MailPip sends the message on your behalf through Gmail SMTP using your Google authorization, and records requests for the tracking image unique to each recipient.
• By choosing "Continue with Google" in the web app you are treated as agreeing to these terms and the Privacy Policy, and the terms version and time you agreed are recorded.
• MailPip is not provided or endorsed by Google. Gmail and Google are trademarks of Google LLC.

2. Your account and Google connection

• A MailPip account is created when you sign in with a Google account. You must connect only a Gmail account that you own or are authorized to use.
• You are responsible for the security of your Google account and your browser. If you learn of unauthorized use, immediately remove MailPip's access in your Google Account and delete your MailPip account.
• The permissions MailPip requests for your Google account, and why, are in section 3 of the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw them at any time in your Google Account settings, and sending will not work until you connect again.

3. Your responsibilities and prohibited use

You are responsible for the content and the recipients of every email you send with MailPip. The following are prohibited.

• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk email, including email sent without consent where consent is required.
• Fraud, phishing, delivering malware, distributing illegal content, or sending email that infringes the rights of others.
• Using someone else's Google account or MailPip account without authorization.
• Violating Google's terms and policies, Gmail sending limits or Chrome Web Store policies.
• Placing excessive load on the service, bypassing its safeguards or interfering with it.

Whether you must tell recipients about, or obtain consent for, the use of a tracking image can differ by the laws where you and your recipients live, and you are responsible for those legal duties To be confirmed: legal review. 4. What an open signal is, and its limits

The "open signal" MailPip shows is a record that the tracking image unique to a recipient was requested. It is not proof that the recipient read the email. It can differ from an actual open because of image preloading by mail apps, privacy features (for example Apple Mail's privacy protection), image proxies, security scans and image blocking, and the absence of a signal does not mean the email was unread. You should understand this limit and should not use a signal as legal evidence or as the only basis for an important decision.

5. Changes to and interruption of the service

• The service may change, or be interrupted temporarily or permanently, for reasons such as improvement, security, legal compliance, or policy changes at external services (Google, Chrome). Important changes are announced in advance in the web app or on this site.
• If Gmail sending limits or Google policies change, parts of the service may be limited.
• If fees or paid features are introduced, they will be announced separately before they start and your consent will be requested To be confirmed: pricing policy.

6. Rights and content

• The operator holds the rights to the service and its software. You may use the service only within the scope of using it.
• You hold the rights to the content of the emails you send. MailPip processes it only as needed for sending, in the manner and for the period described in section 4 of the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers and limits of liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent permitted by law, the operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that open signals are accurate, or that an email will reach its recipient. Except where the operator acts intentionally or with gross negligence, or where the law does not allow a limit, liability for indirect and special damages arising from use of the service is limited to the extent permitted by law To be confirmed: legal review.

8. Ending your use

• You can end your use at any time by deleting your account in the web app and removing the extension. What is deleted is described in section 11 of the Privacy Policy.
• The operator may restrict use or suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk.

9. Changes to these terms

When the terms change, the version and effective date on this page change too and are matched to the terms version the web app records. A significant change that is unfavorable to you will be announced in the web app or on this site before it takes effect.

10. Governing law and disputes
